Our Vision

 

Cosmos Bistro began in April of 2015 as the manifestation of Chef Cinnamon Berg’s dream. The menu is comprised of dishes that play on Berg’s life experiences in and out of the kitchen, and is influenced by local produce and lots of flavor! She showcases her passion for elevating fresh ingredients to create unique flavor combinations in classic dishes from around the globe. Cosmos food is full of flavor and care for the ingredients.

 

For Cinnamon and her staff, selecting the food and where it comes from is purposeful.

What makes Cosmos stand out is delicious food, the Cosmos commitment, and the environment the food is served in. Groovy music, Elvis memorabilia, furniture made of recycled materials, and warm, bustling service all make up the Cosmos home. We want you to feel comfortable while you eat, drink and celebrate good food and our community. We like to enjoy the good stuff in life!

Cinnamon Berg is the chef and owner of Cosmos Bistro in Bellingham WA.  She has a love and excitement for fresh ingredients and believes  sharing her knowledge and continuous learning is key to cooking. Her motto is "food should be prepared with butter, love and wine!"
