Cosmos Bistro began in April of 2015 as the manifestation of Chef Cinnamon Berg’s dream. The menu is comprised of dishes that play on Berg’s life experiences in and out of the kitchen, and is influenced by local produce and lots of flavor!
She showcases her passion for elevating fresh ingredients to create unique flavor combinations in classic dishes from around the globe.
For Cinnamon and her staff, selecting the food and where it comes from is purposeful.
